MTS is licensed as an BLS & ALS ambulance service in three states. Kentucky, Ohio and West Virginia. MTS provides emergency, non-emergency, specialized (adult, pediatric, & neonatal), critical care, and other varied services throughout our service area.

Operations is a well-organized relationship between actual ambulance operations and dispatch. It includes fleet operations and maintenance, crew scheduling and supervision, dispatch scheduling and supervision, risk management, and quality improvement.
